Our Returns Policy
30 days return policy.
Return items within 30 days for a full refund minus the original shipping cost and return postage is at the expense of the customer.
20% restocking fee applies for all items returned.
All items must be in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging and uninstalled. We recommend all returned items are sent with postal tracking.
If you notice damage to the goods within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, please contact us. 02 9682 1642.
Goods found to be faulty because of manufacturing defects are covered by the product warranties and will handled by the product supplier or manufacturer who provides after sales service support.
You can usually find the manufacturers details on the product warranty cards or their website.

If your item looks damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we resolve it for you ASAP
To avoid return fees you can also drop the goods off to our THRIFTY BATHTOOMS AND PLUMBING AT GRANVILLE NSW 2142, Only the original shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund amount in this case.
Any custom made or made to order products are not included in our returns policy.
Customized, Non-Stocked or Specialty Manufactured Products – CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
Goods and packaging must be in the original condition. We cannot accept goods that do not have their original packaging, or the packaging is damaged which includes the delivery.
