CLICK & COLLECT PICKUPS
Please select local pickup upon check out. Pickup is available from our CLYDE  NSW warehouse. Please ensure you have a vehicle and tie downs to suit your products. For stocked items pick up is available the same day with prior arrangement, for non stocked or made to order items we will contact you with an estimated pickup day and time. FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping australia wide on hundreds of small items, i.e. Tapware, Accessories, Plugs and Wastes. Qualifying items will be available upon checkout.
qualifying items if in stock will be shipped within 24 hours, for non stocked items we will advise of an estimated arrival date. Please note delivery times may vary based on location and courier timeframes. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery to metropolitan Sydney for all orders over $200. Some items we may to choose to deliver with our own drivers or via a third party courier. prior arrangement will be made before all delivers. Deliveries will be made to front doors or garage (front of house only) unless prior arrangements are made. At all times safe delivery is paramount for our drivers and your safety. Step, construction or difficult sites must be discussed prior to delivery and additional fee may be required. 


BULKY GOODS DELIVERIES 
Items such as Baths, Spas, Toilets and Vanities are excluded from our free shipping You can pick up from our Clyde, NSW warehouse. Or we can arrange Local delivery to metro Sydney (please note assistance is required to unload if assistance is not available we can arrange a second driver to assist at an additional fee. For all other Bulky goods deliveries we can arrange a quote to ship your items. 

 

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

We will ship small items as indicated above for all orders over $200 Australia wide, some remote items may be delivered to a local depot or post office for collection. We can arrange a quote for all other and some bulky goods to be delivered Australia wide to most capital cities and some regional areas. we can provide a quote for this service that must be paid prior to shipping.   

 

Other Delivery and shipping terms & conditions

 

DELIVERY TIMES
For tems that are kept in stock we will generally ship within 24 Hours deliver is generally made within 5 – 7 business days metro locations, Regional locations may vary. Please contact us if your goods are required urgently. 
Local or bulky goods require a minimum of 48 Hours notice and we will advise a date and estimated time for delivery. 

PO BOX DELIVERIES
Only small goods may delivered to a PO box address.

 

BULKY GOODS DELIVERY ASSISTANCE
Due to Safety and OH&S requirements our drivers can only deliver bulky goods with one person lift rating to the kerb, front door or garage of single level house with level driveway. For all difficult or steep/sloping  sites, our driver may need assistance from either a physically abled person or trades . Thrifty accepts no responsibility for any injuries or damage sustained if your nominated person offers to assist. if this is not suitable we can arrange an additional driver/ offsider to assist with the delivery at an additional cost.  Please advise prior to delivery know if there are any site restrictions that may hinder delivery of your goods. Failure to advise us prior may result in rescheduling your delivery and additional delivery fees may be applicable. 

 

DAMAGES
Please check all deliveries and advise us in writing within 48 hours for any damages We unfortunately cannot accept a damage claims outside of this timeframe.Manufacturing faults will of course be covered under the manufacturers warranty. 

 

UNATTEND GOODS
You may request us to leave your goods unattended, please note we will not be  responsible if the product is damaged, lost or stolen. You will be required to replace the goods at your cost.

 

STOCKED AND MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
We have an extensive range of stocked items at our Clyde , NSW warehouse. Our key suppliers also have stock available to ship to us within a few days. Made to order products include item such as but not limited to Vanities, Coloured items, Baths and Spas, etc. We will advise you of an eta for all made to order products as directed from the supplier
