Easter Monday our hot water heater died - oh no a public holiday! Left a message with Thrifty and they were kind enough to respond on a public holiday. Srima called us back first thing the following morning and arranged for same delivery of a new hot water heater. Thank you so much for your great customer service and recommendation.
